In the academic year 2024/2025, I taught the course
Social Psychology as assistant professor at
Pegaso University, within the Master's degree program in Modern Linguistics.
The course provided a comprehensive introduction to
foundational theories and concepts in social psychology. It covered key topics such as group processes, social influence, attitudes, prejudice and stereotyping, prosocial and aggressive behavior. The course aimed to equip students with a solid
understanding of major social psychological phenomena and processes.
The course also included
online interactive lessons, particularly focused on the themes of
dehumanization and
bullying. Through in-depth discussions, students were invited to critically examine these complex social issues, their psychological underpinnings, and their broader societal consequences.
