In the academic year 2020/2021, I served as tutor for the course
Social Psychology within the Bachelor's degree program in Sociology at the
University of Trento.
The course, delivered entirely online due to the COVID-19 lockdown, offered an
introduction to key topics in social psychology, including social cognition, attribution processes, the self, attitudes and persuasion, social influence, group dynamics, prejudice, discrimination, aggression, and prosocial behavior. Specific attention was also given to masculinity ideologies, sexism, and dehumanization.
In addition to supporting the
organization of group discussions and student participation in online research activities, I
assisted students in developing a group project that formed part of the final exam. Although my primary role was that of tutor, I also
delivered selected lectures on topics such as social influence, attitudes, dehumanization, sexism, and stereotypes.
